No, beHydrate is sugar free. We want beHydrate to be used everyday without the worry about consuming too much sugar. We have our Sports Sweets if you want a sugar hit.
We would recommend drinking beHydrate daily to maintain hydration levels, however, it is important that you drink fluids before, during and after exercise.
