Each 250ml serving of Electroberry Fusion supplies balanced electrolytes and vitamin C to help maintain fluid balance, support muscle function, and aid post-exertion recovery.

Does beHydrate actually work?

Not only does behHydrate contain the nutrients proven by science to maintain a strong performance, Ben uses during his training, marathon's and triathlons to prevent cramps, headaches and other issues such as brain fog during high intensity exercise.

Shouldn't I drink water?

Obviously water is the source of life, however, during exercise you need more than just water to be adequately hydrated for best performance.

How many pouches of beHydrate do I need?

this depends on your activity levels, temperature and duration. We would recommend to 'drink to thirst' during colder weather and typically drink at least 2 pouches per hour during during higher intensity exercise or hotter weather that makes you sweat more.

How do I know if I need beHydrate?

Check the colour of your urine. If it is any darker than a light yellow or straw colour, you need to hydrate.

When should I drink beHydrate?

Water doesn't cut it for any exercise that lasts an hour or more, or in warm weather. You will sweat minerals out of your body that you need to help regulkate muscle function, body temperature and hydration. Therefore, use beHydrate in these circumstances.

Why did you create beHydrate?

I hated using powders to mix with water or those effervescent tablets that didn't ever taste very nice and left a white residue in water containers. I also wanted to move away from bulky and heavier bottles. Furthermore, Ben suffered from severe muscle cramps during a hot, sweaty Vienna marathon and was determined it wouldn't happen again, so he initiated the creation of beHydrate.

Does beHydrate contain sugar?

No, beHydrate is sugar-free. We want beHydrate to be used every day without the worry about consuming too much sugar. We have our Sports Sweets if you need carbohydrates.

Why is beHydrate in a pouch?

After testing and deliberation, we wanted a container that could be squeezed into runners' vests, belts and loops that are found on running clothing. When it's empty, it can be rolled up and stored away until you find a bin.

Should I do a sweat test?

A sweat test is a simple way of knowing how much fluid you need per hour during typical exercise or training. Simply weight yourself naked before the activity, carry out the activity for 30 minutes without drinking or eating anything, and then weifght yourself naked again after 30 minutes. The weight lost in grams is the amount of fluid you need in millilitres every 30 minutes.

Does beHydrate contain caffeine?

No, beHydrate is purely a hydration formula that is ready-to-drink (RTD). We have a product called beEnergy that contains caffeine.
