In 2019, I crossed the finish line of my first marathon. It was one of the toughest days of my life, not just because of the miles, but because I completely got my fueling and hydration wrong.

When I looked for answers, I noticed a frustrating gap in the market: there simply weren’t any runner-specific sports nutrition products truly backed by rigorous science and research.

I didn’t just want a quick fix; I wanted to understand the why. So, I went to university to study Sports and Exercise Nutrition. Combining that academic research with my own trial and error on the road, I began formulating my own products.

Today, those formulas fuel my own marathons, triathlons, and every gruelling mile in between. beForm Nutrition was born out of that exact intersection of scientific research and real-world endurance. Created by a runner, backed by science, and built for your next personal best.

Are beForm Nutrition products suitable for vegan athletes?

Yes, all of our products are vegan-friendly.

Why was beForm established?

Ben founded the company after he started running marathons and triathlons. He wanted products that were reliable and followed the principles of proven sports nutrition.

Why don't you have any ambassadors?

Ambassadors are expensive and are merely paid to showcase a product. We use genuine customer reviews, and by saving money on ambassadors, we can provide the best value.

How fast will my order arrive?

UK orders are expected to arrive within 2-3 working days.

How fast will I see results?

Products such as beFuel, beEnergy and beHydrate are effective within minutes. Other products require sustained, regular use to work.

Are beForm the products safe to use?

Yes. We only use ingredients recommended by the American College of Sports Medicine and/or with a wealth of credible research to show that they are useful and effective.

Can I return my order?

beForm Nutrition operates on the edge of Leeds in the UK with easy access to some stunning running routes and trails.

Do you have a shop?

We have been to many athletic events where we sell in person. This gives us a great opportunity to connect with our customers and hear their feedback and in general support the local community.

Is creatine good for runners?

Creatine is an excellent supplement. It is produced by your body in small amounts, but once you start taking 3-5g daily you will notice more power, recovery and it can be beneficial for the brain.

How did you get into sports nutrition?

Ben studied sports nutrition at Leeds Beckett University and gained a thorough understanding of what the body needs to excel in a variety of events.

Ben also teaches nutrition to recruits during their basic training upon joining the British Army.
