beForm Nutrition was formed by Ben Bunting, who wanted products to help maximise his performance and recovery when running marathons, ultramarathons and triathlons.
beForm was born
The brand reflects our ethos to 'be' better. to provide better products for better results from better formualtions, and hence beForm became the brand name.

Essentially, each product has been developed to give you better energy, recovery, strength, flexibility, hydration and fueling.
Experience & Qualifications
Ben's experience spans multiple sports since he was 6 years old.

He moved from rugby and weightlifting to joining the British Army (Reserve) where he became a physical training instructor.

Ben went on to study sports and exercise nutrition at university (Level 7) and then started running marathons...
Research & Development
Ben knew that there are a limited number of nutrients backed by solid evidence and went about creating products that included them to boost performance and recovery...specifically for runners.
