beForm Nutrition – Shipping Policy

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be processed on the next working day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

UK Delivery We offer free standard delivery on all UK orders over £30. For orders below £30, a flat rate of £3.95 applies. Standard UK delivery typically arrives within 2–4 business days of dispatch.

EU Delivery: We offer free standard international shipping to all EU countries. Estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days from dispatch, depending on your location and local customs processing.

USA Delivery: We offer free standard international shipping to the United States. Estimated delivery time is 7–14 business days from dispatch.

International Delivery We ship to a range of international destinations, including Australia, Canada, Switzerland, Hong Kong, Israel, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Norway, New Zealand, and Singapore. A flat rate of £12.50 for express international shipping applies to these destinations. Estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days from dispatch.

Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery through the carrier's website.

Customs & Import Duties For international orders, customs duties and import taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping rates.

In 2019, I crossed the finish line of my first marathon. It was one of the toughest days of my life, not just because of the miles, but because I completely got it wrong with my fueling and hydration.

When I looked for answers, I noticed a frustrating gap in the market: there simply weren’t any runner-specific sports nutrition products truly backed by rigorous science and research.

I didn’t just want a quick fix; I wanted to understand the why. So, I went to university to study Sports and Exercise Nutrition. Combining that academic research with my own trial and error on the road, I began formulating my own products.

Today, those formulas fuel my own marathons, triathlons, and every gruelling mile in between. beForm Nutrition was born out of that exact intersection of scientific research and real-world endurance. Created by a runner, backed by science, and built for your next personal best.
